Winters are long and cold, and I find treadmills incredibly dull. But it's actually not that bad if you have enough clothes on.
I don't like icy roads either, but if there is one good thing about really low temperatures is that it doesn't get as slippery :)Shaman Daliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17946279105871836619noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8246634675970330754.post-82815592683891653052013-02-10T15:08:33.252+01:002013-02-10T15:08:33.252+01:00My fingers would have probably been ok if I'd ...My fingers would have probably been ok if I'd had double gloves (I've used my thin running gloves under my normal ones before and it works great, but yesterday I didn't have them with me).
A hot water bottle sounds like a great idea! Mostly I start freezing after my run rather than during so I'll have to try it, thanks :)Shaman Daliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17946279105871836619noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8246634675970330754.post-67824059994886690132013-02-09T18:32:22.358+01:002013-02-09T18:32:22.358+01:00Unbelievable! You are absolutely outstanding running on the ice. Wow! Candace D. And sometimes then I need a hot water bottle on the sofa (after a hot shower and a hot cup of tea) to warm up again. You need those heated gloves!Mariahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07364823282004341052noreply@blogger.com
